This Palm PDA application is, to my knowledge, the first implementation of the new 2007 ACC/AHA pre-operative evaluation algorithm.
It is based upon the American College of Cardiology & American Heart Assoc. guideline on this topic from Sept 07. I started out writing a point of care PDA tool to assist a physician or resident by making the pre-op cardiac evaluation algorithm handy.
